As of right now your card rights allow you to grow 6 plants mature PER INDIVIDUAL. Most of our outdoor plants eat up 5x5 each just about by themeselves. After the law,where I grow my outdoor is with a couple that also grows,they will only be able to get one like that. Between the 2 of them. It is per structure not individual. It just isn't as sweet as people think it is. If it was I'd be on board and not debating.




You truly don't know what you're talking about. This won't change anything for medical users. They will still get to grow their allowed amount and those who aren't medical will get to grow in their allowed amount. If you can't produce more than a pound of bud in a 5x5 space you are a terrible grower. Do you smoke more than a QP a month? If so, maybe you should go medical..or just cut back and learn to live an at least somewhat partially sober life. If you smoke more than an oz a week by yourself you've got a tolerance issue AND that means you are high 24/7. It's okay to be sober every now and then. You know it makes your high better, right?

some will grow while others wont have the space for it or there land lords wont give the ok or most just wont want to do it
so there will always be a sellers market for it
many people will not want the stegma of weed plant growing in there house but will still injoy an off ther record toke
and with that said there may be an even bigger market for cash cropers (the only smoker who would dare vote no)
there are going to be new smoker that can feel safe smoking with out the fear of arrest, some will try it now just cause

when polled most non pot smoker said the only reason they have not smoked pot is because it is not legal to do so

even my wife says that every time i try to get her to try it the first thing out her mouth is that agansit the law.
she dont say that shit is nasty or its going to hurt or kill me , no she just fans away the smoke saying put that out, your going to get us in truble

but she has no problem with alcoho

1 you can grow enuff for two ( if not more) in a 5x5
2 the proposed law does not state a grow weight limt for the 5x5 it only says you can't leave you property or any place and have more then 1oz on you
3 idk about you but i could grow POUNDS in a 5x5 area
and then me and all my roommate could have plent of weed to smoke

i would vertically drop two, 1kw cooltubed hps's right in the middle of
4 plants being lst'ed and scrog'ed
growing up the wall up against a gate (like a cage)
veg them for like 2 - 3 months then fip'em

you just have to get creative

this was done in a 4x4 area and yeilded 46oz (2.5lbs) with just a 600w hps
even if it took you 6 months (2 yeilds a year) which it will not
2-4(thats 23-11 oz's to last you to next harv.each) people sould be able to eat off 46oz
if your not in it for profit (which is my point, because 5x5 is plenty room to feed at the very least 2 people. the only people against it are the one's out to make $$$$$)

Yup 5x5 is enough to grow a couple pounds and if you smoke more than that every 3 months then thats crazy. i can see why people are saying thats not enough space for multiple roomies to all have supply but that must mean you guys are a bunch of huge stoners and i can't imagine anyone smoking that much weed without sleeping all day.

it comes down to LEGALLY being able to grow pounds VS getting caught and going to prison for a few years. the rest of the bill is just to make it look good for the children. harsh punishments on sharing weed with minors...just don't do it in public. no one is going to come into your house at the exact time you start toking up with your 20 year old friend who turns 21 next month. that's over the top paranoia and the peace of mind that comes with LEGAL CULTIVATION is unparalleled. free pot, no risk. just the way mother nature intended it to be.

Godfrey, I dont make the rules, thats why I said take it up with your government.
I did say I share your opinion in the respect that if you are 18 and old enough to fight for your country you should be old enough to enjoy the same liberties as an adult.

seriously though do you need to smoke an oz a day? if youre caught with more then that its likely youre selling it to people who are not usingit for medicinal purposes, its legal for people who medicinal purposes which is yes stupid and should just be legal in general but sometimes you have to take what you can get. i highly doubt some 15 year old kid will go to jail (though i am Canadian i could be wrong) i would see it more like community service and probation ect.


edit: people who are 18 want the drinking age lowered to their age because its funnier for them to beable to go to bars and drink

i dont even leave in Cali but really why vote no...if your under 21 and drink same thing so what shouldnt do it then...if im visiting cali i can go and grab a bag from a shop or whatever and keep on moving...i dont need to hook up with no shady ppl from some area i dont now...plus if cali goes legal there will be others to follow...

The issues are more the specifics that will ultimately cost us MORE of our freedom than we will gain.

Personally, I DONT see enough gain to legalize MJ as the bill is written.
