like so many others in our society, this fool has been brainwashed into believing that "medicine" can only come from the pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions. a mystique has been built up around the medical community that gives it an almost magical aura, beyond the ken of mere mortals. we trust to the arcane rites of modern medicine and the chemical concoctions produced by laboratories when common sense and patience are often all that is required. the more complex the remedy, the more we trust it. the less we are able to understand the procedure, the more effective we believe it to be.

Apparently the race is still too close to call, but the guy leading her isn't all that much better. He's against it, but at least thinks it should be a state issue.
However he doesn't do as well in polling against the democrat in the race, who happens to support medical mariijuana...
Oh, and another interesting bit of primary night news: christine o'donnell. I want to hear from the tea party people. Is this the kind of candidate you guys want to see more of...? That whole myth of the tea party not caring about social issue seems to be just that. Wait until these people get to washington and see how they vote on gay issues, marijuana laws and other matters of individual freedoms and you will be disappointed...

This whole tea party wave might end up being a better thing for democrats than for republicans in states where the general election is going to be competitive. It's much easier to win an election when you're running against bunch of crazies.
Oh, also, if there are any sarah palin fans on here (i doubt it...), she endorsed both of these idiots. Way to go, sarah. She's the gift that keeps on giving...

She was just announced as the winner...............doesnt matter much on the MMJ front the state has passed MMJ twice only to be vetoed buy the governor.
On the political front, I wouldnt get all worked up about some "tea Party" victory in NH, the guy she beat was the Tea Party favorite, not her.

To me it means that when it comes to Sarah Palin, the Teabaggers are not all smitten. In this case she stood up for the Establishment candidate.
Meaning Palin is not always synonymous with the Tea Party movement, as some Proggies have suggested.

if i'm not mistaken, only like 10 or so of the incumbents have been defeated in primaries so far. most victories have gone to established, INCUMBENT career politicians.... 300+ IN FACT.

Not at all saying that they should be ignored, if I was still a Republican it would scare the shit out of me......I said over a year ago this was gonna happen., it's no surprise to me.
I think the Republican party just met their version of Ralph Nader. The "tea party" movement is squeezing out moderates in the party with their hunt for "RINO's".....while it may whip up the Conservative base in the general election it's could backfire by losing any moderate or independent vote.

Why not change it to something with a little pizazz like Madonna, Cher, or even Pink?
Pink would be the most appropriate considering what is going to happen to the Progressive agenda come November 2nd.

First of all, I never heard of Christine O'Donnell before two days ago. As such, I have not formed an complete opinion about her.
Here's what I do know: The establishment Republicans despise her. That's a good sign. Establishment Republicans are as odious as establishment Democrats.
And Karl Rove is the portly poster boy for the Neocons. He's a big part of the problem that the Teabaggers are addressing.
I am surprised you don't get that.
