TR - looks good to me.... and GG13 taught me how to FIM..... now I FIM everything like a mother f----!! It makes a huge difference. When you see TWO come out of where you just FIM'd ONE... then you'll understand.

Good job. The lower branches will come up and you will have 4 tops, or more.
Yes sir, this appears to be a 4 topper now :)
I have one that's going to have six tops, albeit, two are sorta puny.

No doubt kiki! A combo of FIM'ing and lst'ing or ScRoG'ing is definitely the way to maximize the growth of cannabis.

agreed! i would rep you TR but i still need to spread some around.
LOL, thanks Barbie for trying :) Stop back in soon and see my progress and comment away! I love when people get involved! :)

I put in the HPS this morning and bend and tucked a little more. The girls are about one and a half feet bent over, over two feet tall standing up strait, I can't wait to see what growth does over the next six weeks!
Also, I couldn't call myself The Ruiner if I didn't f something up, this is the plant that drooped from lack of water, this is every bit of growth on her that isn't lush and green, what do you make of the unhealthy growth?

don't worry about the spots on those leaves. it looks like scaring (got scratched) and then some look like they had water on them and then got burnt from the magnification, and then the really yellow one looks like its from laying on the soil, cut that one off. hope this helps. your ladies are looking damb sexy!

I'm not really that worried, I just like to try and stay on top of any issues before they become major issues, you know? If all the rest of the plants weren't absolutely perfect looking then I'd be more worried.
Thanks for the input on the leaves. Any one else have any input...?

I can tell a difference between this morning and tonight, I bet by morning, when the ladies have had the first full 12 hours under the HPS that I'll be able to tell another. Things are such a musky, spicy smell inside the tent, when I move the plants around and twist them into the shape I want them it comes just wafting off of the leaves and branches and envelopes you in the aroma. These are some stinky ass plants. The 6 1/2 foot tall Thai Super Skunk has nothing on these girls. They smell worse now then she did in full on flower... this is such a different type of aroma though, much more thick and musky, and I don't even know where the hint of spice is coming from, I can't wait to find out if it's something subtle hiding inside the AK48's or if it's the single incredibly healthy very pleasantly surprising Special Kush #1 that's growing like crazy in the back left... I've said it before and I'll be dang sure to say it again, IS THIS THE MOST BAD ASS HOBBY EVER OR WHAT?!?!?!

I have pre-flowers on two of my three AK48's and on the Special K#1... I have been in flower less then two days. Hold onto your hats ladies and gentlemen.

The weather has been absolutely perfect, temps in the tent are optimal right now. Don't change a thing mother nature! I'll have some more pictures for everyone soon...

Mother nature is helping out my set up too, hope it stays like this forever! hahaha
I sure wouldn't complain! this weather is perfect, and keeping things within a few degrees of cool calm 72 f
I could (and would!) grow year round if I had weather like this all the time.
I'm enjoying this grow much more then i did my last,... i knew if I started with something hard that I would be on a cake walks with future attempts. no sweat so far!

I started working and then thought about pictures, so I'm sorry I can't confirm this officially, but we've got four plants all showing the beginnings of female pre-flowers! I bent and even did a little tieing, so this has officially become a hybrid - ScroG-LST organic soil grow.... I found these new ties to be gentle on my girls.... also, here is my weapon against the humidity seeing as flowers are near...

still looking real good bro, plus reps
Much appreciated Barbie. I was going to take some pics tonight and then didn't, I think I update out of excitement more then I need too so I'll cool it this once...

I will take the time to say that everything is turned and facing back up since last nights training session. Things are still stretching and I would imagine I'll need to start brewing again in a couple days to feed. I'm working on my spicket bucket, I'll have everything that I'll need after one more home depot trip, damn all this cannabis growing and it's stimulation of the economy... damn it to hell; I should go find a zit faced kid selling it illegally instead of studying hard, it might take all of 10 minutes, then i can get back to supporting the cartels and terrorists that profit from illegal cannabis... nah, on second more thought out decision, I think I'll keep growing my own for pennies a day and support local business by doing so. Besides, don't you just enjoy it just a little bit more when you know exactly where and how your weed was raised? I'm no hydro hater by any means, hell, that's how I started and learned, but just the sound of organically fed soil grown cannabis just makes my mouth start to water a touch.

What you see here is a totally freshly replaced RO filtration system, I replaced all the filters, pre-filter, membrain, and one thing that reduces chlorine in addition to some other stuff I couldn't even explain... point being, it's basically brand new as soon as I run like 5-10 gallons though the system. Heck yes.

Also, a brew high in P awaits the quickly growing gals... the weather dropped slightly for a few days, but after tonight things should be perfect again for at least a week. Plant picks coming soon...

Watered roughly two liters per plant of tea, ph'ed down to around 6 from 7.5
I added more Mexican bat guano in proportion to everything else that went in.

I have some Black Kow and another type of organic compost that I might include in a future brew, any experiences with using Black Kow anyone?

I'll let my brew go a little longer and give the girls another two liters in the morning. I did just a little more scroging when I watered, but I think I'll wait until I have a little more to show then just a couple hairs to take pics, sorry that's usually the best part of any post, but I'm going to make you wait for it. hehe
One of the AK's had a very bold yellow area appear on it almost overnight, the leaf appears healthy just discolored, about the size of a nickle. I also clipped two or three more fan leaves that weren't getting any light and starting to look raggedy. Otherwise, full speed ahead.

PS~ got to tinkering and finished this, after I run some water though it and make sure it's tight, I'll just try pouring my brew into this and just turning on the spout, if I like how it works I'll attach the 4 way manifold.

I finished watering with my new spicket/hose bucket and it made it so much easier. I'm going to use it just the way it is for now.
Not much going on, am I in limbo? Just a lot of these little hairs...
patients patients...

Also, I had a face plant moment tonight;

That one plant that had the one side that had just a few leaves that were having trouble... only plant, only place on it but on new and old growth...? Duhh... We've had some very cold nights, and the temps have been low, I can only imagine how I'd look if I was standing at the mouth of the freezer.... silly me. I'm going to put a small length of ducting in so the mouth of the intake is not right on this one plant... should help.
