I read through this entire thread and while you have been given solid advice on the problems you've had, I'm not sure there is a substitute for experience or (more importantly) patience. Since your plant(s) have been through a good deal of stress dealing with low-light levels, incorrect pH/fertilization and at least intially the mistake most new growers make most commonly-overwatering. The stress has stunted the plants and will delay the maturity of your autoflower strain, no matter what the label for the seeds say (60 days) it may take several days or even weeks to finish. Learn from the mistakes of your initial grow try to have a bit more patience, both in your plants and the others trying to help you.
Being exasperated because you received no response in (gasp) 45 whole minutes won't prompt any of the experienced "greddy barstads" to offer input or advice any faster.
