well i jus brought a couple of more an got tracking id straight away processed an packing but the other order i brought yesterday still says awating payment so i dont know

Thats the thing,there not even open!!!!! I couldnt get threw to paying.The freebies were sold out before they started.wasted alot of time with there site and leaving messages over the phone.
Might be a good thing???
What if they havnt got every ones seeds???there not open so cant process or determine orders.seems dis organised and as if there off loading.

actually they are not answering phones but i tink they are working tho...My orders beeen pack and processed yesterday and 1 of them is dispatched today on a sunday surprising yes thats a first for me

Lmao you are not lying so they got overtime on thier hands.Not for nothing i made 3 orders on friday and all my orders are 1000 numbers apart in order number...Dont know if i said it right but for ex

thats same as me i went back on the site an ordered another packet just to see if it would jog the order that said still awaiting payment on an it didn't, after 10 mins it said processed an packing went back on after 20 mins an it said it was dispatched on a sunday, it was only when rachel emailed us on sunday saying that i only have 1 sucsessful order not the one with promo seeds but the order i did to try an get it jogged on , so i emailed her back gave her the codes from sagepay an then she answered back in about 30 seconds on a sunday an said i found it (payment) an changed all my orders to processed an packed etc, but yes the order numbers were like a few thousand apart so they musta been well busy.

I just called to find out a couple things and they said this has been one of the busiest promos ever
