I can guarantee you this sorted of timer is readily available off the shelf at any electrical supplier. In-fact most reticulation places stock whats called a 'pulse' controller. What this does is turns off and on in pulses similar to what your trying to do here. The electrical timer that does this sort of thing is a digital timer... Analogue timers certainly won't do this, but digital 24hr timers can be set for 1 minute intervals. However, nothing of this nature is designed to run this constant so your bound to have hiccups at some stage. Even contactors would burn out in these intervals. Initally and for a long period of time I can't see it being a problem, however you'd be faced with replacement parts at some stage. If he is making a stinkbud system with sprayers he need the sprayers to run for 1 of every five minutes to the timer needs to be able switch o and off in 5 minute intervals, which no retail or commercial timer i could find would do, so I switched to bubbleponics.
I don't actually know what a bubbleponic system is to be honest? I'm going to assume it runs on the same principle as aeroponics? Would love to know more about what your talking about and what exactly it does to understand your needs. If you can provide me with this information I may be able to compile a list of parts or compile a system (electrically) that should do what your trying to do.
