So do I. The bud it came from is such an uplifting high. It makes you crack a smile no matter how bad the day has been. I can only hope for the best. And you are 100% correct. The packaging couldn't have been any better

Flowers look good. So, the string around the base of the main stalk...that goes under the pot and then up to the plant? Just for leverage?

I just have that string around the stock for I guess would be extra resistance. So the stock won't break. I have it ducked taped on the side of the pot. Next time I water her I was thinking of screwing small holes all around the pot so I can tie that string to them when she branches out. All of the stems are also starting to to turn purple. Its getting quite fun seeing her new growth every day.

Ha ha, no hangover for me. I didn't even smoke more than my usual amount yesterday, since I had a few fillings replaced at the dentist in the afternoon. Took a vicodin in the evening along with my bong hits, though...that was a nice treat.

I am, but I was down the pub till 1am this morning with some work mates. half of which decided to follow me home challenge me to games of Mario Kart Wii till 4am this morning lol. Fools, they didn't stand a chance. ^_^

So she has been flowering since April 4th. She is starting to show so major growth in the flower area! It seems like all of the others are trying to catch up with the main cola. I currently have 191 actual watts just for the one plant. Anyone have an idea of what my yield will be? She is in a small grow area of 2ftx2ft so like 4 sqft? Looking forward to tying down more bud sites but in the meantime let me know what you guys think.

Hey BG thanks for the comment on my grow, its pretty quiet on there the now but am sure htings will pic up once i get out the bud porn lol. your grow is lookin good my friend and the LST is working a treat. i think you may even end up with a bigger yelid this way as it seems like the light is penetrating deeper as the main cola is way to the right...
one thing that might be good to try is to turn your pot around so the main cola is facing thr opposite directionm lets light penetrate from the other side for a while.

I just switched to my 400HPS today for my first day of flowering. doing another update in 10 mins if you get the chance check it out!

Yeah man no problem. Your journal is looking good and believe me I am following yours throughout your whole grow. Wish I could squeeze my HPS in my little grow cab but it will create too much heat. I am liking how the CFLs have been working though. Quite nice so far. Once I am done checking my email I will be sure to go and check out your grow. We are only 2 weeks apart from flowering And I am actually turning her around every other day so she can get as much light exposure as possible. I have to water her again today. Should I give her just plain rain water? Or should I continue my light feeding schedule? She has been doing extremely well, I am just worried about a salt buildup from the nutes for the future growth. What do you guys recommend?

Looking good, BG. Either plain water or a light nute solution would be fine at this point. As I mentioned earlier, I like to alternate between water and full-strength feedings, but since you're doing light feedings every time, I'm tempted to say, just continue what you're doing....since she seems to like it. The chance of salt buildup will be reduced in your case, since you haven't been using full-strength nute solutions up to this point. Of course, if you see any symptoms of salt-buildup/nute lockout at a later date, that would be the time to do a flush with just water. Otherwise, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I guess I am just being an extra worried parent ha ha I am about to go water her right now. I'll keep you updated of her growth over the weekend and will probably post some new pics on Wednesday. I also have my PH/EC meter coming next week. So I figure from now on my grows SHOULD improve. I really appreciate all of the advice you have offered and even the different equipment you recommended. Thanks man. This cab was originally only going to be a veg cab. I was suppose to be moving on May 1st but because of loans and other bs my house got pushed back to June. Otherwise she would be growing in a closet or possibly our extra bedroom (suppose to be an office but now I have the "itch") that would have at least 8ft headroom. I would of liked to do more of a scrog or LST during veg but wasn't able to since lights unfortunately turned off when I was out of town. I think she is coming along nicely though. Will post on monday. About to be time to water with her light nutes. If you have a grow I will be checking it out. Stay tuned!

I am gonna order some feminized seeds for my next one. Gonna do abit of indoor and outdoor. I love outdoor simply cause it gives me a reason to get outta the house since I never really go anywhere cause of my illness. Plus, time away from 2 infant babies and my wife, whom I adore, is also good. lol Plus the yeilds are sooooo much more. Guess i gotta spread some love for a bit befor I can give you more But looking great, bro ! Ans, since we are on the same with everything else, we should be able to test blaze at the same time! I was planning on cloning her but now that she is in flowering I'm pretty sure it's impossible. Every branch has bud growing on them now so I don't see how I would clone lol. Right now it's just an experiment. Trying to get a couple under my belt before I get serious with it. I'll be a medical cultivator of marijuana when I move. Be growing for dispensaries and 3 patients so far. (I was just lucky enough to know someone that happened to be opening a dispensary) Taking on a huge obligation here in about a year, so I figured I needed to start experimenting. I have some feminized seeds coming from Attitude right now. As soon as I get the hang of this I will be starting my better strains. (JTR, Vortex, Crazy Train, King Kush etc) I can't wait to see how close our grows actually are. Its always good to be able to compare to something.
