Mate it looks like your doing a cracking job and they sure have boomed in flowering! Also good work with continuining to update as when this is complete the next lad that wants to grow some bluedream will be muchos grateful! Im day 3 of flowering at the moment after 8 and a half weeks of veg but theyre only 20 inches so hoping for a big bloom like yours! Good work dude, looking forward to seeing how they get on. i will get the pics up as soon as possible. the thing bout mine is i got it on 5/2 and its only 8 inches. when did u first get your blue dream? how long did u have it before the pic u took on 4/20? i juzt wanna make sure mine is doin ok. i am trying to get the pics up but for now what your telling me is helping me a lil @ alottaball

Don't worry, Louie, your plant will at least double in size when you switch it to 12/12. Keep that in mind. We had some clones we flowered right after rooting (only about 3 inches tall) and ended up pulling a little over 8g's dry each when all was said and done.....if your plant is already 8" it will be at least 16" when it's done!

ok here is my blue dream she is small and ive had her since 5/2 and i was wondering why she not growing as fast as my alaskan thunderfuck plant. any help from you alottaball would really help.

thanks for the info greather420! that put me a lil at ease. i want her to get at least 12-14 inches before i flower her. im tryna at least get a oz. any ideas or thoughts on how to get her taller? im open to any opinions and suggestions.

I slightly LST'd a clone i cut but i killed the mother on my first grow ... I put it in a 5 gal and got it tall with a thick main stem & side branches... Idk a lot about growing yet but I was impressed how big my clone got

yup she was a clone. i am useing 4 gal pot and i am using a 10-15-10 plant food. i dnt wanna give nutes just yet. is it bad that she a clone this small? @thchead

We got 3 clones of UK Cheese; all the same size, all grown the same. They didn't get much size in the first month. Then we decided to flower one and keep the other 2 as mothers. The one in flower doubled in size and has stopped growing now after about 4 weeks. The ones we kept in veg are now twice the size as the one in flower after ONLY one month, meaning they have almost quadrupled in size in only 4 weeks!
My point is this; Just because it's going slowly now doesn't mean it will grow slowly forever! It's gathering energy, and you just wait, in a week or two you are going to notice a BIG change in growth! Just be patient with you babies!

So, alotaball, she is looking GORGEOUS! Man, I'm almost drooling thinking about how those buds are going to look in a week or two! Blue Dream is by far one of my favorite strains with looks and smell! Post more pics!

I'm hoping the same happens with my UK cheeses. They seem to be just chilling right now, hope to see an explosion soon!

Ya I have had the same experience with some of my plants.. STARTED super slow.. then once they got some good growth and big leaves.. they start taking off... Louie what soil are you using .. and what are your watering habits?

well this grow was unexpected so i did wat i could with what i had. i mixed top soil/peat moss. my watering habits are half gal with plant food every other day. i keep lights on 24/0. soil stays slightly moist. i got a small fan directly on it. any info/insight you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated @ alottaball/greather420

@ Louie408- Feeding it every other watering is a good first off. Now with the size of your containers keeping the soil moist may or may not be a good thing depending on temp and humidity conditions. High humidity and moister attracts mold, fungus, WPM and various pest.
I like keeping direct air flow on our plants to encourage strong stem development and to keep the air circulated and fresh. From our experience when we left the veg lights on for 24/0 the plants keep a shorter length with closer inner nod space(which is what you want)and thick stems(from the direct air flow). Once the plants were placed into there 12/12 cycle they stretched dramatically and gained lots of vertical growth within the first 2-1\2 weeks before they focus on flower\bud production.

Ya Louie you might wanna try a wet dry cycle with watering .. works well for me.. give em a heavy drenching till you see run off .. then let the soil get dry.. almost to where the plant wants to droop.. then water again .. Im sure there is a 100 ways to skin a deer but .. this works well for me .. my plants always seem to grow their best when the soil is pretty dry. Another benefit of watering like this.. you really dont get build up in your soil.. if you feed every other time. Personally I would water when the soil needs it.. not on a set schedule.

Whatever you are doing now keep doing it. If you want the plant/s to stretch a bit you could switch the veg light schedule to 20\4 on\off, but keep in mind that once these plants go into flower they will double in size in most cases. So keep you height limits in mind cause you don't want your plant tops too close to the light once there in flower. Unless you got a cool tube then you can probably keep them really close.
