Question about molasses

Did some searching didnt find any specific answer. Quick question, Im about 2.5 weeks into flowering and have 2 beautiful females. I want to add some molasses. Do I add 2 tbs./gallon of it to water along with my nutes in the same watering? Or do I water today with molasses and in 3 days water with nutes? Basically can i mixed molasses and nutes?

i was told one say water/molasses and the next day nutes. flush every other week
