I never asked you about Mr. Rubin or his tapes. I discussed that with Dan Kone who claims he knows what is on them yet has never seen them. He kind of reminds me of someone on a jury, who listens to the prosecution opening statment and convicts the defendant without listening or seeing any evidence. I would certainly hope that you, oops I mean your "friend" doesn't get a juror like that.
You can show me any photo of Bret and I will say it's not me, because I am not Bret. I doubt you will get a photo of Bret on the stand. Your own account of what went down doesn't match up to the dates in the paperwork. The voicemail you posted does not mention any cops at all, but it does mention attorneys.
Craig Rubin also thought he would get a photo of bret on the stand, good luck with that! lol

In the original post, the timeline all made sense. It had bret being let go a couple days before he was off probation. Unfortunately since that post caught bret in a huge lie, he got the thread deleted.

No. he stated he was hired sept 1, fired oct 1, threatened calling cops oct 5. Police paperwork contradicts the timeline. his probation ended sept 17, BEFORE he was let go.

On September 1 2011 our collective hired Bret Bogue from Apothecary Genetics to be the head cultivator, because of his multiple Cannabis Cups and knowledge......On October 1 they told Bret that his services were no longer needed.....Bret wanted to get paid for all of Oct even though he was'nt going to work in Oct, he started threatining a lawsuit (He brags about suing other people (this is on your voicemail)......
On October 5 Bret said that if he didnt get 15000 by friday (Oct 7) he was going to call the police(didn't hear that on the voicemail but you said it was there) and warned me and the other helpers he hired to stay away from the buildings next week.

All I know is threatening to call the cops is almost as bad as actually calling the cops. Might as well be snitch because thats how history is going to view this. bret = snitch, loud and clear.

Have you thought about this? If alwaysclosing1 started the thread, and alwaysclosing1 is now banned for life for alleged spamming, wouldn't it make sense that every post and thread by alwaysclosing1 would be deleted?
