"POLICE SAID THE SUSPECT SWUNG THE THREE FOOT METAL BAR AT OFFICERS TWICE"
He never swung,the fuckin murdering pigs lied before they knew there was a video.

Hey OP,should someone be held acountable for the lying statement that the PD released saying he SWUNG AT OFFICERS TWICE before they knew there was a video?
They would have said all the witnesses were lying too, thier statements would have been totally different than the lying pigs.

And i stand by my statement that the U.S is in turn the largest terrorist organisation in the world. The UK is doing it's damnedest to try and catch up though.
It's utterly mad behaviour though. Nothing about the guys reaction warranted anything roe than the police taking a step back so that the guys emtal pole was as a result, rendered useless unless he fancied throwing it at an officer. If a gun is required in that situation, somethings wrong, realy really wrong. You cannot just kill someone because it's slightly easier than taking a rational approach. Seems only the police are incapable to dealing with something using their brain and their hands, nope, gun, quicker, easier, more permenently effective, why not. But even then, that would require nothing more than a single well aimed shot, for 10 odd shots to be justifed should in itself be proof that the officers are utterly incapable of doing their job and should be fired at the very least, i'd say jail but we all know what the statistics are like when it comes to police being frequently punished for murder. (i'm still amazed by last years riots in the UK, officer shoots dead harmless black dude, tries to say the black dude shot the other officer, when in fact the officer shot the other officer, and then come the rioting, try and blame it on the people and on gangs, not the police for murdering someones dad and trying to lie their way out of it.. never heard of anything actually happening to the officer who couldn't even aim his gun well enough to shoot his partenr, that's full blown retarded)

I just re-watched that Vid (for the 3rd time) and still cannot see they guy swing at anyone. Crow hop, yes, swing? No. Definitely a cover up in the making. The cop that shot dude panicked pure and simple and they were trying to cover their asses.

its plain as day he didnt swing.....he made a movement like he was going to swing but he didnt actually swing, thats fact because we can see it on video....lol nothing to debate on that one he didnt swing end of story.......anyone who says different is eather purpusely being difficult to get a rise out of others or they are blind or didnt see the vid.....anyone who sees the vid can clearly see what happens....... so anyone that says he swung twice, we can assume that person is just trolling for reactions.....

You're all correct that he didn't swing. i think he was a second or two FROM swinging, but i didn't see an actual swing. Why they lied? Most likely to make a stronger case imo.
i would HOPE that ANY person would be found justified for pulling the trigger because i am convinced that the crow hop was the preparation for the swing and the taser cop was about to get nailed.
i would've shot personally at that point. Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6.
