OK so I have done some pruning and the damage was not as bad as I first feared. Still worrying though. Im really worried because the bad weather continues and I dont want to lose anymore to rot. As I have found by the time u see it its too late. Once u crack open the cola the damage is much worse than it looks. If I harvest now I will still get a decent yeild. If I let it go my buds may finish but I run the risk of losing it all or at least much more?. Kind of hoping you could offer an opinion miyagi

why do you want miyagi's opinion? he is just a jaded kent, can't sex a plant and hates on commercial growers like tezza.

have you googled much? I'm sure there are things we can do to sort this out. At worst, cut off all your buds, re veg and start flowering again? But this time get something to regulate the humidity.

I'm looking this one up for ya kent...the vanilla kush I take it is having a bit of a problem?

let's get some preventative measures going as well my friend...I'm sure there is more you could be doing...with household supplies to boot. I know that a bi carb soda spray will change the ph of the leaves...not so good for spraying late in bud...preventative measure though. But as I said, I'm looking into this one my friend.

u can see how underdeveloped these buds are still. the lower nugs are all good and have filled out nicely but the tops will still need the full 3 weeks remaining to beef up.

man to cool your room make a set of chiller boxes for your air inlets to run thru .this will stop the heat problem butif they aretoo far gone id jus cut the entire damaged area and be sure that it dont catch a disease coz oncw gassed or burtn they are really horribly subject to getting infections making ur plant die............sorrry litterally opening my eyes atm ..doh......lmao.........but id go and do what ome grown said if to far gone(remember plants are prone to disease after gassing or heat burn)but yeah make a chiller box and submerge ya inlet duckts so theypass thru a chiller box..this help stop the heat problem and brning also use sum water in your grow room to bring down the humidity ......as the air becomes really dry ...sorry about the grammah ...........i litewraly woke up seconds ago tryna wipe sleep outa my dmn eyes

damn man thats bud rot........mixed wit heat burn(GASSING)..........bn there done that once...its is hard as a mofo to fix...if possible at all .....prune all the damaged parts off but try make sure she still has sum shade leaves ..MAKE SURE THE INFECTED LEAVES DONT TOUCH ANY OTHER LEAVES OR THEYLL GET INFECTED ALSO ....BUT DO THIS TO TRY STOP IT SPREADING.... but id say its a wrap ....trajic .....bud rot and a bit of gassing .....SERIOUSLY SAC-RALIDGEUOS IMHO BUT IT HAS A DISEASE SO ID KILL IT ....TRIED ALOT WITH PLANTS LIKE THESE ONLY THING THAT WORKS IS REVEGGING AND EVEN THEN THEY BECOME INFECTED DUE TO A LOW LEVEL IMUNITY SYSTEM SO ....GOOD LUCK WIT DAT ONE MAN.....TRAJIC STUFF SORRY I JUS WOKE UP LMAO SO MEH ABOUT MY SPELLING

i was asking miyagis opinion because he has never steered me wrong yet and has a great deal of knowledge that i trust. much respect for the miyagi, if he has a problem with tezz thats not my issue thats his. but right now im in 2 minds as to whether or not i should be cutting my losses.

as far as preventative measures i have tried a few things. i have 8 of those damprid buckets in there which i have been changing every week. they do very little but i persevered with them anyway. i really need a dehumidifier or a decent or aircon to dry the air out. i really ran out of dollars on this grow. i would have been fine if i didnt have a seed buying addiction lol

oh and it has actually effected both plants but the bud there is from the buddha. i really need to get some bud out of these grows even if its just so that the mrs doesnt kill me for dropping so much money on the set up.

I agree Tez we run one out last grow a bagseed clone that copped botrytis i know personally it wasnt worth it and but my grow mate wanted to try and stop it but yeh the buds just fall-apart now... FIWH i learned it aint worth doing without it...

man honestly any spraying will make the prob worse that is deff bud rot wit heat probs due to temps(gassing)so no foilar spray will actually help check that guide i threw up a bit back .its explains everything yawns as i try to wipe the shit ota my eyes and type properly .lmao ...........wake n bake tym here .......

its isnt on jus the one meaning its become diseased due to lack of a immune system and spread disease so id fuckit off ...personally ....if you use digital ballists as i do take it down to 300 or 400 watt cut the dead shit off from the rot but sorry mate imho its bye bye tym....or at least tym to re-vegg..& cut all the damage this far gone ...no antifungisude would help that now .....hence why other plants are getting infected .......remove from ya growroom any infected crops .....b4 they infect the rest ............tough luck man ......honestly ....sum super fd up shit ....

bummer man, if it was me, id cut my losses, stop any chances of mould growin, mould will grow faster than the buds themselves if you're area is infected, start fresh i'd say, and remember temperature is relative to humidity.

Next tym invest in a dehumidifier or air con or both and sum home made or industrial cooler chiller boxes .....or jus make your own ......from a eski style container relative humidity should be between 40% and 60% (sorry cap locks are on ...and still tryna wake the hell up .lol)

FIWH - my comments about miyagi were tongue and cheek.

well, just FYI, in museums, to regulate humidity the use mud walls...actually the most sophisticated humidity regulating device known is mud walls...and you can build them out of your back yard :)

Here is what the weed nerd (subcool) has to say about mould prevention.
