If you paid for guaranteed shipping, then email them if its 22 days, if you email them prior they will tell you to wait 21 days first. Let them know you paid for guarateed and it still has not arrived, they will re-ship for you.

Correct, however, email them and COMMUNICATE with them, they will work with you to ensure you get it, the flagged period starts the moment you get flagged, if there is a suspicious parcel they want to check before clearance, you will be flagged, if another parcel that is also suspicous arrives within 4 wks to same address they will put strike 2 against your name, if during that 4 wk period nothing else is flagged on your name, after 4 wks flag is gone and considered a 1 off, not recorded, shipment is forwarded. Ask Attitude to credit you and reship in 1 month. Mate the consultant you may have spoke to could have been from any customer call centre around Oz, they could have been based in sydney therefore they fail to understand to tell you as your QLD based, they are useless pricks just earning a wage, they couldnt give a fuck about your package.
