If that chick had had a gun she would have been able to just shoot people until someone called for help and help arrived. You should have the right to carry a gun and defend yourself- Their is no one who is required to protect you- It is your duty to protect yourself. Why should a student have to sit in class and be hit by some wild bitch? and this could have been much worse.
