you said we are a seizure for profit as are most i believe we are only 1 of 11 states. i know people in Oakland county where police have come in and confiscated entire legal grows because of a jealous EX-spouse calling on them they wait and wait to file charges yet have all of your equipment and tell you your all good to set back up but getting your stuff back thats in the hands of the prosecutor. Very very shady our Government is. dont get me started on FEMA camps and 9-11

I'd agree that once they take your stuff, you'll have are hard time getting it back, but you should eventually, so long as charges are dropped. And I also agree..lets not get into Fema or 9-11, some awful weird crap there.

Huh? People getting busted over "legal" grows are breaking the rules somewhere myfriend unless they simply had some shady suspicious grow in the first place. Being in violation is what most "legal" grows get busted for, such as growing in an apt, a rented home, within a government building zone or school zone. If you are some closet grower & you are not in violation you wont be in the same situation. Cops cannot go kick in someones door because someone gave them a "tip". Unless straight out lying, & then the person who gave the tip would be in trouble with the law.
Smelling MJ on someones property is not good enough now days because they need to be sure whether they are going to get a warrent expecting to find dozens of plants.. rather being surprised & embarresed by busting some legit personal closet grow.
Think about it, they only want the people evading taxes w/ their grow ops.
Example, my ex can go tell LEO I have plants.. IF they wanted to do anything about it, they would first have to go through the hoops of gathering evidence such as watching the house for traffic, maybe a heli to flyby w/ flir. That in itself does not happen in a day, & IF they have enough evidence to search your shit & take it.. That only means one thing... the Growers were doing bad shyt to begin w/ if they were having alot of traffic in & out.. &/or have a Bigass Grow that had their house all Lit up by the Heli.

Correct. A "smell" report is generally not even followed up on. If it is, a cop will come to the door, explain that there was an odor report, abd ASK if there is a medical grow. If you have a card and say "Yes" and show him the card, he'll say thanks, have a nice day. At most, he'll ask permission to view the grow. If you say no..he may go seek a warrant, but he won't bust in.
So you'd have plenty of time to clean up slight problem....like like the grow area door. If you are truly trying to apply.

sorry rawbudzski there not after tax evasion thats the IRS job or another way the use to build a case because they cant get a snitch to do there work for them. I agree in alot of circumstances the irretating people getting busted are running big traffic or stealing power or something blatantly shady but in the county i live in its find away to get the warrant take the shit( i mean seize) and sort it out in court

Please keep on believing that all cops will respect your rights all the time and follow all the rules. That's the fasted way for you to see my point of view, they will give you reasons straight away to not trust them. but hey, I'm immature and a professional victim and a drug dealer and a leach and I know nothing. I've no life experience in the last 36 years of immaturity. What is with this site anyway? 5 years ago we'd all be brothers without question in our herb use for whatever the reason for it. how did legalizing for some help anyone? it seems to be fracturing a family. 5 years ago we'd all be untrusting of law enforcement and ready to band together to fight the man and the opressive laws but the divide between the righteous and the unholy is wide now and all we do is fight and argue. I risked jail 5 years ago for the same thing I do now and....yeah still face jail no matter how unlikely (itd have to be fed I'm state legal) what has changed so much that those of us who fought are criminals to those we fought for? I've always from day 1 donated partial profits to norml.org from growing I still do. I adjusted my plants to big bushes instead of tiny SOG plants. not a big change but I evolved I guess to follow the rules. There has to be a site that bring people together, anyhone know of it? PM please, the second bob harris sees it he will go and fuck that one up like he did this one. I really want to get behind the movement again but I'm sick of being told to get to the back of the bus so to speak.

That's any job. if you think a cop isn't just a guy doing a job, that he is some sort of demigod and can't be corrupted or get pist off, have a bad day or go ape shit on some thing he finds morally deplorable while on the job you don't know many people. It only takes one time of having your rights bent or broken to get that helpless feeling and resentment and distrust will follow.....then you can be a professional victim like me! hooooray.

no more than 2 patients in the dwelling at a time....
WTF.. i try to play cards with a patient with the girlfriend still at home and i'd be out of compliance.. EFF THAT.

Quite simply what has changed, is that a medical law passed, and real patients that get real benefits from cannabis have moved into your hood. And we like our med law and wish you'd quit abusing it.
