Yeah Thx Matt, yup it works fine with with an standard outlet, "Manufacturers rate equipment 115V +/- 10% for the standard wall outlet which can range from 110V to 120V."
So I hooked up the fan and it works shit is blowing lots of air lol but I dont know if its going to have enough power to blow thru carbon scrubber, might have to look into some inexpensive centrifugal fan or something similar.

but that's a no go for me lol but as soon as I get my own place like you said its on..but for now I'm happy with what I have..even if I get 5g out of this grow I'll be more then happy this whole experience of growing your own smoke and not having to pay someone elese for something that you love to smoke is just putting a smile on my face lol

Hey Matt you think you can use one of those Bath fans from like lowes or hd? I found this 50cfm bath fan and was just wondering if a fan like that would have enough of power of pushing air threw carbon scrubber? I'll still try out that hood range fan but that bitch scares me lol its bit old and banged up and I dont want that fan to catch on fire or some shit lol dont wanna burn down the crib.

50 cfm isnt really alot, a average PC fan pushes like 90 CFM (i think)
get a inline booster fan they sell them in the dept with the aluminum ducting at home depot.

yeah acid thats what i have, what matt is talking about. the 4 inch is only 80 cfm which is enough for a 2 foot cube, but the 6 inchers do 240 cfm...should be ok for pushing through a scrubber...
