what does any of this have to do with liberal SCOTUS judges siding against strip searches?

i'd rather have an empty suit that appoints kagans and sotomayors than an empty suit who appoints scalias and roberts.

Enough said. You don't want law, you want extralegal outcomes that suit your political philosophy. The problem with that thinking is that your guy won't always be in charge, i.e. the iron law: "me today, you tomorrow".

Johnson has announced he IS running, as an independent,I believe.The guy running as an independent from the N.E.seems to be more level headed than Mitt or Barak,he would be my second choice.Mitt is an out of touch stiff,and OBama shows the leadership traits of 3 great Americans,Larry,Moe and Curly Joe.

That is an all to common misconception among Barack Hussein Obama II supporters. It is actually his policies and economic agenda that have him loosing support. It's almost like he's not American..

Only 55% of white Americans voted for John McCain in 2008, on the other hand, 95% of blacks voted for Barack Obama. Now, you tell me which voting block sounds racist and who has their head up their ass! Good luck with trying to convince rational people that the white population that put Obama into office, are now the racists that want him out.

During the 2008 democratic nomination, Barack Obama enjoyed an overwhelming 9:1 lead amongst black voters, there goes your weak ass theory down the drain, get educated.
