How is it helping anyone? Mandatory means no choice. I can currently choose not to pay my insurance. Why not make it optional like now, but make disqualifications illegal? Unlike other taxes, if you're unemployed you don't pay tax. If you don't pay taxes, it's tax evasion. That lands you in jail. This sounds like a religious rights violation. What if I'm a Christian Scientist or Scientologist? It's already bullshit enough I tell Uncle Bignose Sam I'm a Christian Scientist so I don't have to give unproven poisons like tetanus shots to my kids. Why can't you liberals leave me the fuck alone and not help me unless I ask? I don't need your food stamps, TANF, public schools or other pity programs. But I if others do, let them and I don't care.
