it turns out that nirvanashop has in fact sent out my order i had two accounts with them was the reason for the mix up...anyways so far they have been very cool in this matter.....as long as my order shows up ill be a repeat customer in the future.....guess thats why this is called newbie central lol:-P

wierd i have never had any problems from them and if i do they have great costomer service there is some fake narvina shops out there talk to costmer service they are great and will figure it out

how long has it been I ordered a few strains from them once with a credit card but they didn't send the seeds out for about 2 weeks I got the e-mail when they sent it out and it had tracking. it took almost 2 weeks for them to arrive but I got every thing I ordered.

and ther is plenty of places to buy your seeds ..

I like to buy em myself so I dont have to order them online .. useing cards and waiting for them in the mail ..

cost is the same if I go to my local store and surrport them .. I even safe the shipping .. and that kind of problems ..

ther have to be a very good reason for me to buy online vs my local shop ..

and that includs evrything not just seeds .. the ammount I can safe online is not wort it and I mostly get it back 2x as freebies when I shop at my local grow shop.. wher they know me .. advice me and swap stuff for free .. even with out me asking .. I even own them 60$ from last month now we are talking about it ..

i cant even fill out a ticket because i have no order number..other then my online bank there isnt any other proof even showing
my purchase..and of course it doesnt say exactly what it was i purchased.lol i guess thats a plus lol..
i was really suprised that they just took my payment and that was that..ive made another order elsewhere but do to time
i was looking forward to the auto flower strain..thanks for the response

i ordered from the correct site..the weed portal seems to be a joke.. i should have took my time and done my homework.
the reason i dont buy locally is the meth heads around here will sell ya anything and im sick enough as it is lol..
plus the weed seeds are just low level stuff to begin with..im a long time smoker but just recently decided to do it my own way so i know
what im smoking..

Call your card company and get it reversed? I know its a pain in the ass but it will work if you jump through their hoops. Obviously you paid for an item that was never received or even given a confirmation email... I think your bank will be understanding.

have you even contacted them? You can call them too. They have been in business for a long time and that wouldn't be the case if they were constantly fucking people over. If you talked to them, what did they say? Mistakes happen, but if they don't know about it, how can they make amends? Plenty of people have never received their orders, call them, and have them resent with success )even for non-germination reasons). Personally I have never had an issue with them either. Usually 10 days and it's at the door.

My gut tells me this thread is either BS or user error. I can't see how their point of sale system can even charge without generating an order number to bind to it for their own liability's sake. Either way, I hope you can work it out.

this is my very first post.anyways ive got a disease which is crippling and have no immune system so i decided to
order seeds from nirvana because weed helps me better than the crazy ass meds they have me on.
i go to the nirvana site and place an order.i used a debit card and the payment went through.i went and logged into my bank account to be sure..next i check for my confirmation email and nothing.so i go back to nirvana shop website
to find out i cant log into my account .i have no order number or anything of the sort.i cant believe that a site can
stay in buisness by ripping off customers.i could see if they would at least tried to be slick about it.they just ripped me like it was nothing apparently??????????????has anyone else had this happen???thanks for your alls time and look forward to making friends on here peace......................
Yeah I tried them once before attitude seed company was around. First my package was sent to Chicago from the Netherlands and was intercepted there. Got my first and only Homeland security letter with the little toy Nirvana sent lol. I tried to get a hold of them and customer service was horrendous but that was over 5 years ago.

i bet you will get them in the mail i have used narvina for years not one literly not one problem but now this has me scared im going to contact costmer service and ask them how this could happen have you contacted costmer service?

than you will get it man if your payment cleared then trust me you will recive your order maby you typed in a wrong letter when typeing you email adress im 98% shure you will still recive them and their costmer servise is great they sent me free seeds one time cause a few didnt germinate they gave me free seeds no payment so why would they just take your money they are a verry reputible company and i will always use them :)
