have you even contacted them? You can call them too. They have been in business for a long time and that wouldn't be the case if they were constantly fucking people over. If you talked to them, what did they say? Mistakes happen, but if they don't know about it, how can they make amends? Plenty of people have never received their orders, call them, and have them resent with success )even for non-germination reasons). Personally I have never had an issue with them either. Usually 10 days and it's at the door.
My gut tells me this thread is either BS or user error. I can't see how their point of sale system can even charge without generating an order number to bind to it for their own liability's sake. Either way, I hope you can work it out.
