This has happened to me at a party when I was younger.Didn't feel violated but it was creepy as hell.

Just trying not to sound biased like 'If it's a guy, it's not rape'. I've heard some of you say you'd love to wake up to a hot girl on your dick but if she did that she could get into real trouble. You could have hired a lawyer and sued the motherfucking SHIT out of him for blackmail, which is a serious crime.

I believe many juries would not condemn a female for such a story, and would be incredibly likely to prosecute a male for such a story. In other words, his story wouldn't have held any water in court, especially considering your scenario. If you had an older brother, the guy wouldn't be breathing today, I know if anyone, ANYONE did something similar to my little sister, I'd be in prison right now.

I think it depends on the friend.. If a friend I knew jacked it with me 5' away, I wouldn't really give much of a fuck, unless he came on my socks or something.. I still wouldn't bring the law into it, though.. Probably just a stern talking to and at most an ass beating.. I've fought with friends over less when I was growing up.. If it was a female friend, that would excite the fuck out of me and I'd probably end up as a suspect.. lmao (again..jk..)

I was in a similar situation, passed out at a party and woke to see two people I didn't really know fucking on the floor in front of the chair I was passed out in. I didn't mind at all!

I could have. But he's a weird one who would always twist things to make you feel like you owed him something. He actually owes me a couple hundred but has nothing... If an individual is deriving sexual pleasure from violating your person (doesn't matter what body part), it's sexual assault. There have been a couple of incidences where I passed out only to wake up with someone's hand around my dick. I don't do that anymore. I've found my zone of inebriation and I stick to it.
