What I do is go for taste and texture. I've reversed engineered several store bought fake shit and replaced them with real ingredients. It's mostly the texture and spices. Simple chemistry actually.

Beardo... I have not eaten people. Although, if i was one of those guys from the South American soccer team whose plane crashed on top of the Andes mountains... I would have eaten me fellow teammates who died in the crash. Not on the first day or anything, I'm not a savage. Maybe on the third day.
