the story clearly did not happen as zimm described, the evidence shows it. credibility and good judgment are paramount in self defense cases, and zimm was lacking both in a big way.

if you look at this, it seems more likely that zimm was lying in wait to ambush martin. zimm was tired of those assholes always getting away and looking like a fool every time he called the cops (and there were a lot of times).

zimm lies in wait, martin thinks zimm is gone and lets his guard down. zimm pops out and confronts him, the chase that witnesses describe starts at about the T where zimm's key are dropped (maybe because he was drawing his gun). zimm tackles martin as martin runs for home, martin's phone goes flying. martin pops zimm in the face, zimm's super anger mode is activated, and out of anger or confusion, zimm shoots martin.

of course, that is all just conjecture, but how else would you describe the locations of the objects and the murder?

According to the fence spacing, The distances are almost equally spaced, assuming that the houses are equally space which they should be.

another interesting thing: zimm said that he did not think that he shot martin at first, and that is why he immediately jumped on top of martin after.

but if zimm thought that his shot missed and martin was still alive, why did the calls for help stop right after the gunshot?

oh, and none of the witnesses described the screams as being muffled, as would happen to someone being suffocated or 'almost suffocated', as muyloco, prognosticator of reality extraordinaire, suggests happened.

First we have Keys VS Phone, I would say in a struggle that you would lose a phone easier then keys(in your pocket)., + you could have had the phone in your hand


TM had a hoodie on and if confronted randomly i would have placed the phone in the hoodie pouch, which would fall out very easy.


so, I would say that the confrontation happened at the first white fences all the way to the left. The stand up fight happened where TM's phone is. ZM may have lost the stand up fight and started to run,
until TM chased him down ,the on ground scuffle happened at where ZM's key's were.

ZM feeling that he was fleeing the fight and was a victim since he was chased felt the right to defend himself with a gun.

How does Zimmerman pop out and confront Martin if Martin doesn't backtrack? You are saying Zimmerman could run Martin down which isn't probable. We won't know until we see the rest of the evidence. Do you think Martin would hit Zimmerman if Zimmerman had a gun pointed at Martin? Doesn't seem likely.

There are townhouses on either side. If you shoot a gun in a valley, you won't know where the shot was at. Wouldn't a fight in a man made valley be the same? Glass transmits sound differently than brick wall. If you stood with your back to a wall, and to the left of you 20 feet behind you someone yelled, can you tell which direction it is coming from accurately?

Martin's phone could of been tossed aside before the assault or knocked a few feet during the fight or when Zimmerman pushed him off of him.

but look at the law, especially the conjunction. note that it says "and", not "or".

if you can exercise wrist control over the dude at will, something tells me you have not exhausted every reasonable means to escape. he exercised wrist control for the sole purpose of shooting martin, not for escaping. he said as much himself in the interrogations. i wish more people would listen to the interrogations, they really shed a lot of light on what was going on that night, especially in that retarded dome sitting on zimm's neck.

I don't think anyone who watched the interview felt that Zimmerman meant he had control of Martin's wrists. It would be a hell of a talent to hold his wrists with one hand and shoot him with the other. How do you shoot someone while holding their wrists?
