Pure sativa killing my ASS!

I'm growing bhutanese thimphu(6'),currently on the first day of the 16 week!!!! and my patience is really starting to die out.. From bottom to mid up, all preflowers have many-pistils and the calyxes have trichomes and few pistils are orange but I don't see any bud formation or the calyxes 'swelling' and leaves don't have trichs.. The top of the plant there's few pistils on every preflower but when am I going to see budsgrowing out?! I'm going to give up and chop it down whens its on 18th week): I thought pure sativas were suppose to be done at 16 dammit!!!!!

I can grow a Christmas tree in that time , but yeah in extreme circumstances your correct , it's rare though they go that long.
Again , i am guessing not enough light.

Not enough light , what kind of bulb is that ?

The one on left looks ok and more Indica.

Yeah. It happened the first week of flowering, had a mix up of nutrients being fed to her. And the bulbs running are hps 150w, and cfl 50w

Ok next time keep more light above the plant if you can and choose indicas , they stay shorter and are more forgiving and easier to control,
I'm really sorry to say this to you but that plant is a dead loss.
I get no pleasure from saying that believe me.

Haha... I had a crazy sativa kicking my ass like that... But I toughed it out and got 3 o's from here - a nice sweet orange taste

Why is it a loss? Keep flowering her it's not like te plant won't flower... Don't let ur 16 week old plant go to waste

I suggest you take another look @ it , if that was in my bloom room , it would be on the composter by now,
that's my opinon , your entitled to yours.

Tha'sts funny, I know someone who is growing I believe, Nepali, which is from Holy Smoke Seeds. And that sounds exactly like what his plants are doing, but they are only at about 8 to 9 weeks of 12 and 12. But he also has what is supposed to be Bhutanese, but it look's more like an Indica . It is at the same age, but is about 18 inches high with a big fat cola already. It would be even bigger, but there were nute problems at about 4 weeks in. He didn't top or LST and those Nepali are almost at the top of the grow chamber which is 4 and a half feet, and he's like oh fuck and is trying to see what he can do.

Well he has taken the picture down now ,
It's not the height , the leafs were clearly burnt to shit from over nuting and the bud formations for the amount of time in 12/12 were non existant.

The plant needed more care , more light and more fresh air.
