As of 5 minutes ago, they also shut down 2 of the repeaters I was flipping back and forth listening to... 8-MTN-1 and 8-MTN-2 are down to ensure officer safety for the San Bernadino County group responding.

Am sure it's a tad late, this guy is like fuckin' MacGuyver, and was probably listening to all of the plans prior to the 2 being killed.
