First time ordering seeds. I have a question

I know it says they are discrete but I am still cautious. I'm ordering from Attitude Seeds. The Purple Paralysis :-P
Should I use my name and address for billing and shipping? Someone elses?

Can I use VISA gift cards so my name is nowhere on it? But then what if I need equipment later? sigh... stupid Gov't!

I live in Minnesota, USA and nothing here is legal yet.

Should i get someone else totally, to order for me? but then "they know about it..."

What have u guys done? (or gals ;)

As long as they don't open the package, they wont know about it. I would never order to the grow spot. You could say you wont be around to get the package. Say it's something off ebay to explain the overseas shipping.

just order it and stop worrying...if you are that worried about ordering a few seeds you do not need to grow...period

Dont overthink this else then you will end up setting off alerts. Look I live in a medical state and have my grow license, but nobody is beating down any doors even in non-med states for having seeds sent to them. Worse case scenerio is that customs sends you a seizure letter. They have better things to do with their time then worry about your seeds. The stealth packaging is to get it through customs. I order anabolic steroids sent via postal all the time and have only heard stories of customs letters. Same goes for other drugs. They dont have the man power to bother with some seeds or small drug orders. They are looking for the big score.

I am in MN and always order my seeds with attitude I pay with my visa card and it gives you a choice to send them to a diffrent address with name. I have had them shipped straight to my place a few times. Never had a problem getting the seeds takes 15 to 21 days

just order the seeds and get the mailed to you, it's the easiest part of growing imvho... like someone else said, the worst that will happen is that you get a lovely letter from customs telling you that you've been a bad boy and someone tried mailing you a form of contraband, and if you'd like, you can come on down to their office and pick them up, which i highly don't suggest doing..
btw, out of probably over 100 seed orders, i've only gotten one letter from customs, and still order them to the same spot and never had an issue since.. :D

Wow, thanks for the quick responses dudes!! Much appreciated! I will not sweat it really then, I figured as much but as soon as I went to hit checkout i stopped and thought " I should at least ASK some dudes that have done it" Again! Thank you! I'll be posting some pics of the PP

I've often wondered about this advice to not have the seeds delivered to the grow spot (which tends to be most people's homes). Where are you supposed to send them, to a friend or family member, so they can get in trouble for ordering seeds?

what is pp? if you mean the package, please don't post pix of the package as it kinda ruins the point of stealth packaging if people post pix of it all over the interwebs.. no one really needs to see how you got them ffs..

First off no one gets in trouble for ordering seeds. So if they are not growing no heat is drawn. I have it all sent to my door...seeds....vapes....growing equipment....

No smell, no sell and most importantly NO TELL

Any idea what the laws actually are here in MN for someone growing? Its gonna be at my buddies house and he is of course wondering. I remember looking like a year ago but couldnt really find concrete info/details

The same logic behind not driving a vehicle registered to you grow spot to the local hydro store. Nobody gets in trouble for the seeds, but why would you want your grow address in any file? It's called using your head. You might want to give it a try.

Tetrahydrocannabinols are defined as any mixture, compound, or preparation that contains the active THC component of the Cannabis plant or its resinous extractives. Case law refers to Hashish as the resinous form of Marijuana and generally holds that Marijuana and Hashish should be treated equally under the law.
The punishments enumerated in the statutes are equal for Marijuana and Tetrahydrocannabinols in all but one instance. The only difference is the decreased penalties for the possession of, or distribution without remuneration of, a small amount of plant-form Marijuana. This provision does not include Tetrahydrocannabinols. The statute specifically excludes the "resinous form" of Marijuana from inclusion in the definition.
