Moose tenderloin tonight with a green salad.
Marinated in zesty Italian (with extra garlic of course).
I had great plans for a super photo shot. But I ate it first. : [

Oh what memories! But leaving a mayo backed sandwich in the hot Texas sun when I was 10 has turned me into a Mustard type of guy.

I understand if we must part company now.

Hmmmm smokers make everything good. Just got a couple of sirloins ans some sausages. Local butcher has excellent quality meat. Check out bbq pit boys on YouTube some fine recipes.

Duck egg omnomnomolette lovely.

I went n ate somewhere new last weekend, had a black pudding scotch egg yolk was just slightly runny n double fried chips. I'm salivating at the thought haha

Cooked up dinner for the family and the gf, while she made a trio of deserts.

I did vegetable chow mein, sweet and sour prawns, and fried porky prawny mushroomy wontons :)

Cooked for 4, made enough for 10 :) The way it ought to be. I have decided that fried wontons with sweet chilli dipping sauce are freaking AWESOME!

Sweet chili dipping sauce is the bomb. I fired up the smoker tomight and made some ribs texas style with some dirtyish rice pilaf and asperagus. I like the thick asperagus so much more than the thin skinny ones, ive filled up my bag of frozen asperagus ends so one of these days ill be making cream of asperagus soup.....mmmmm :):):)

Damn you overseasers and your wonderfull mouth watering tapas! Thae last tapas place i went to was the biggest rip off and the food was craaap! We got up after two courses and left. They wouldnt give us the table we wanted because we only had three people instead of four because it gets really busy for lunch. We were there for almost an hour drinking over priced beer before we started ordering food and two tables came in lol. It was a good thing we left because we stumbled across a great place that served an amazing gumbo. Probably the best ive ever had :):):)

tapas is awesome, but finding a good place is rare. my buddy was telling me how to make real croquettes yesterday, he made a thick Béchamel last night and will be making quenelle's then breadcrumbing and deep frying. he loves to cook. and he turned 30 last week and got a lot of great whiskey.

i'm packing rennies ;)

i'll take snaps
