Outdoor seedling care

Hi guys, I read a lot of info on seedlings and how to make them strong, but I don't think it applied to my case, so I'm asking my questions here.

I have some seedlings (Yeah, i know it's late but some of them are autoflowering, so its OK), but they always get elongated and grow quite slow.
So my questions are, how to take best care for the seedlings.

The seedlings are on my balcony, and if i expose them to direct sunlight, they fall over (it happend once, and i almost lost three of them), they are planted in a jiffy, and some soil (sounds strange indeed, but it wasn't me who did it).

So...
1. How often should i water them?
2. Should i mist them, to keep humidity high?
3. How to provide them with more light, but not kill them?
4. Should i put a dome over them?

Any tips and tricks on how to make them stronger are wellcome.
I plan to replant them in slightly bigger containers and bury them almost to the leaves according to the pinned guide.

you cannot give them more light outdoors

Will do that with the cups. Solid advice.
But i guess i forgot to mention, that I keep'em in the shade. So the sun doesn't fry them.
Should i put them out of the shaddow in the early and late hours, when the sun is not so bright?

put them in the direct sunlight and check them once in awhile to see if they are handling the sun....if they droop move back to shade...if not let them sun tan
