Hey, when it is raining and there are crackers about, I would run also. You can't get past the fact that this kid was confronted, in the dark by an armed man and killed almost at the doorstep of the place he had every right to be.
mostly right, but he did not live in that housing development. and he was just standing around

Justice is their first job. The fact that they happily put people in prison for specious reasons does not change that fact. It is a sad state of affairs. The prosecutors did not want to prosecute Zimmerman, they were forced to do so the race hustlers and the slanderous media.
In this instance I say Doer nailed it. Justice isn't and never was their job. Their job, like that of any other attorney, is to do whatever the law allows in order to represent the interests of the client, in this instance the State. cn

zimm never said he was looking into homes on his initial call, if he added that, it was all after the fact.
I went back and compared the non-emergency line call transcript (even though it's being called the 911 call transcript) and the written statement he gave. On the call he says "there's a real suspicious guy" "this guy looks like he's up to no good" "walking around, looking about". I think those three portions of the conversation correlate with his written statement which described Martin "Casually walking in the rain looking into homes".

While not exact word for word, the two certainly don't contradict each other. And neither support redivider's claim that he wasn't looking into homes. Maybe he wasn't, maybe Zimmerman embellished in his written statement. But, it's specious to claim he wasn't as a matter of fact with nothing to support it.

No, he was actually sent there to live with his dad by his mom because he kept getting in to trouble and she thought it would be best if he went to live with his dad.
It's cos he'd been suspended from school.

Beating bus drivers, theft, marijuana trafficking...

you keep adding race to this when the prosecution did not and redivider did not.

at least you have stopped denying that you are a racist.
The judge won't let the prosecutor say "racially profiled", just "profiled", but we all know what that means, don't we?

By the way, when have you ever heard of a "civilian" being "profiled" by another "civilian"? Use of the term "profiled" is always used in the context of how the police are treating a person, at least in my experience.

In the affidavit of probable cause the term, "profiled" is used to describe Z's actions. Dershowitz described the affidavit of probable cause as entirely empty of probable cause. I read it. It doesn't even support a manslaughter charge, much less a murder 2 charge.

Why do you suppose Angela Corey refused to put the case before a grand jury, and instead just indict Zimmerman without a GJ? I have read that a prosecutor can get grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. Apparently Corey thought Zimmerman was less culpable than a ham sandwich in this case. :-)

Just playing Zs first interview. Says he was trying to get off the pavement onto the grass. Not what Goode reported.

He says after he shot him he rolled on top of him and held his hand. Told him to stay down. Trevon said, " you did it, you got me..Ow Ow.."

But, they found him face down with his hands under him. Right? The EMT turned him over, to resuscitate, yes?

Ah, Z was out of his car, looking for a street sign? I thought he was a Watch. Don't know the streets?

So, this is subtle details, and it goes by quick, but a very expert interviewer.

Z says he was walking thru the back "dog run" in the pitch dark to see if there was street sign on the other end. (there is really only one street) He knows the main street is where he went. Right there next to the club house. Not a complex complex. Only a ring street and cross street.

He recounts the 911 calls, not accurately at all. He omits what we heard.

"are you following him?"
Yes
"we don't want you to do that"
OK

Zims version that night is he said NO. And then a very clear, to me, Lie filled stammering tap dance, about he was just looking for a street, like he was in back Washington DC, or something.

We know you're awesome.

Z said he jumped out of the bushes.

In front of you? (Z should know this one) He suddenly, after all the details, he can't remember if he was jumped from the back or front.

What bushes? There are no bushes. Confronted or Jumped? Words first or a punch in the nose? Trying to get on the concrete or trying to get off?

Trevon was face down or face up?

So, ya gotta pay attention. And then when the jury judges only they have the Sword of Justice.

We saw an brilliant defense of Casy Anthony, the baby drowned in pool and the dad covered it up. We know now what happened. The truth came out. It was very real.

Her defense began with fuckiing the defense lawyer, always a good move. Tells all about the dad and the sordid details of her brother, and the pregnancy the mother tried to hide.

Then Goad the Prosecutor into charging 1st degree by having her drag them thru all kind of lies and tap dance, to make it look really bad.

Then goad the Prosecutor into gaining himself a jury null of the entire thing over being such an un-remitting shit in front of the jury. Casy pays a small price for the lies and doesn't have to turn on the Mom and Dad as States evidence.

This is how Lawyers work. They are not worried about justice. That is the jury. No foul to them at all.

Oh, here is another one. Slamming the head or holding the mouth and nose? And then doing both while also grabbing for the gun? Big diffs between the 1st and 2nd interview.

You annoy me greatly.
Ignore you? Nah, I would rather entertain myself.

I don't recall saying I was going to ignore you though.

I think you are trying to say you don't like it but are shocked into a kind of sarcastic mumble mouth. That only seems to be complimentary. Am I right?

Why bother? Do you still suffer from some fantasy that ole Doer cares?

Wrong again great one.

Complimentary as in I don't mind pointing out your BS. Complimentary to you or I, probably not.
Amusement, yes.

Why bother you ask, well, it is probably because I see you as off base and full
of contradiction. Your contradictions and self promotion are easy to point out.

I'm just lumping you in the category of those that "like" this from you. I ignore them.... ergo sum?

In this case you were simply trying to abridge my free speech with hate speech sarcasm. I'm listening to the trial today.

Again why would you possible care to swoop in on me with high horse ass sarcasm, unless you are developing a web crush on me? <blush> That I can completely understand. :) No Problem, man bro.

Oh....Edit:

"great one..." I thank you for that.
