Zimm lost sight of TM, it's part of the call to the police. Martin could have gone home at that point. Martin did not know that Z had a gun at that point, it only became clear to TM when his assault on Z went all wrong.

no, they did not charge him until a more thorough examination of the facts, and serino was validated in wanting to charge him from night one.
serino did not have "race hustlers" to go on from night 1, and "race hustlers" was nowhere in the affidavit.

No, actually he did not. Gun owners have all the same rights as everybody else. Z was not on patrol, he was going to the store when he saw what appeared to be a burglar in a neighborhood plagued by burglars. He was doing his civic duty to keep his neighbors safe.that's your racist assumption.

There are many lessons in this whole cluster fuck. One of them is to absolutely not participate in neighborhood watch, the cops will happily throw you under the bus. If your neighbors are being burgled, fuck 'em, that's their problem.
