"we don't need you to do that", yet he kept on following and searching for him. even said so in the interrogations.

good fail.

yep, in your racial world, thew black kid should have known his place and gone home, and the neighborhood WATCH guy was correct to neighborhood follow and neighborhood search.

zimm didn't want to give out his address in case martin was around, what makes you think that martin wanted a possible rapist knowing where he was living?

zimm had followed others to their homes before, by the way.
It sure beats assaulting a creepy ass cracker and getting shot dead, don't you agree?

Trayvon was afraid Z was going to rape him! Now that is funny. The "rapist" point was raised by Ms. Jeantel and it was funny then too.
so if zimm didn't want martin knowing where he lived, and he was following rather than running away, what makes you think that the kid who was running away wanted the man with the gun knowing where he lived?

I didn't realize the jury was allowed to ask questions in AZ. Are you sure of that? Are you referring to a grand jury, or a jury in a trial?
Oh no. I watched Jodie Arres, Part 1. Part 2 next month. Sentencing for 1st degree murder. 100s of questions from the jury. This will be a new jury. The first jury failed to agree on death vs LIP, so they will re-try the penalty phase.

there is no evidence that martin assaulted zimmerman other than your racist tilt. zimm's minor scratch or two are consistent with martin defending himself from the man who kept following him and searching for him after he ran away.

Zimm lost sight of TM, it's part of the call to the police. Martin could have gone home at that point. Martin did not know that Z had a gun at that point, it only became clear to TM when his assault on Z went all wrong.

you are so fixated on the fact that the innocent black kid needs to know his place, and have not said a thing about zimm continuing to search for the kid.

martin had no need to go home, he had every right to stay out.

zimm, as a gun owner and neighborhood WATCH captain, had an obligation not to follow and not to keep searching.

but all this is pissing in the wind on my part, since your racist mindset will never grasp these simple concepts.

demonstrably false.

serino wanted zimm arrested from the get go.

just because you are racist doesn't erase the demonstrable facts of the case.
Yeah, and the prosecutors looked at the evidence and said let him go. As I said, the prosecutors did not want to charge him and the did not charge him until the race hustlers got involved and the community was in an uproar.

Demonstrably true. Facts are not racist except to race hustlers such as yourself.

No,I am fixated on the fact that the innocent black kid assaulted and beat a man and forced him to use lethal force to defend himself. Martin did have every right to stay out, and so did Zim. What Martin had no right to do was to assault a creepy ass cracker and beat him mercilessly. Zim did, however, have a right to defend his life.

You might as well use the whole quote, ""we don't need you to do that"... Z's reply: "OK", and the heavy breathing and wind noise subside because Z stopped following.

The whole quote does not support your propaganda though, so I don't blame you for not using it. Liars gotta lie, after all.

no, they did not charge him until a more thorough examination of the facts, and serino was validated in wanting to charge him from night one.

serino did not have "race hustlers" to go on from night 1, and "race hustlers" was nowhere in the affidavit.

sorry the facts do not jive with your racism. go cry.

M ran because he is a guilty little skittle eating gang banger wanna be. Z followed because the kid was acting guilty as hell. Z is probably lucky the punk didn't have the gun in the cell phone picture on him at the time. Probably left it at home when he went out to get skittles.

that's your racist assumption.

the non-racist assumption would be that the kid who kept running away was defending himself from the guy who kept following him.

and forced him to use lethal force to defend himself.
yeah, as if wrist control wouldn't have stopped it

Martin did have every right to stay out, and so did Zim.
as a gun owner and neighborhood watch captain, zimm had a duty to not keep following. he was to be held to a higher standard.

no racial overtones there.

No, actually he did not. Gun owners have all the same rights as everybody else. Z was not on patrol, he was going to the store when he saw what appeared to be a burglar in a neighborhood plagued by burglars. He was doing his civic duty to keep his neighbors safe.

There are many lessons in this whole cluster fuck. One of them is to absolutely not participate in neighborhood watch, the cops will happily throw you under the bus. If your neighbors are being burgled, fuck 'em, that's their problem.

Nice fiction, Doer. Maybe Hollywood would be interested in a gritty, new crime drama.
