Who seems to think that? If you are basing your argument on the youtube video you posted, that would be false. Secondly, every person that carries a firearm already has it cocked, it would be kinda pointless otherwise. I looked back at the report and the kel tec was taken with 6 rounds in the mag, which also means the firearm FTF(failure to feed) which my other prediction was correct about the gun being a piece of shit. I'm not even going to pretend to think you know anything about guns, but the kel tec has like 2 safety features, one is the long trigger pull and the other is a hammer block, which is actually kind of pointless. I seriously doubt he cocked that gun, and I thought you didn't agree with conspiracy theories?

i agree, it is quite pathetic that red continues to cry 'bullshit' but refuses to actually back it up with anything other than asshurt about his pisspoor spelling abilities.

That, "straight in", can be the difference.

So we're going with the "it wasn't even TM that was punching Z angle"? So, despite eyewitnesses that never lost direct observation of Z after the gunshot, he MAGICALLY beat his own face and lacerated the back of his head and no one saw it? It must have been Gremlins. Somebody must have fed those fuckers after midnight.

See, you missed it. There are two witness and neither saw it all. The lady you refer to, said she saw only silhouettes, she saw one guy get up, and put his hand on his head.

Now, that fits. I smack my face on purpose, the last chance I have after I have flipped the body off and jumped on his back, I spread his arm out wide.

Try to do that from sitting on someone will you? Just do that. You have the perfect opportunity
to smack you face in the movement, your head, will move down. And you have all the inspiration in the world to do it.

It is something you talk about with your MMA thug friends. Scott Peterson planned a murder with his college room mate and that is exactly how they found his wife.

So, it is entirely likely to me this guy is a vigilante. And most of his story seems too pat. His micro-expressions are wrong in all the right places.

No. The story is, "suffocating, arm slamming, continuous smashing head" and therefore, "in fear for life."

So, if there is a bloody nose there should be Zim blood on Trevon's hands, clothes, sleeves, etc. There is not.
And the rain is the same. Even though Trevon has almost no injury, there is Trevon blood around.

Same rain. So, there would have to be blood of Zim on Trevon somewhere. They can find his blood.

But, the guy with "not really" broken nose.... there is none of that blood on Zims merciless killer Zim NEEDs to dispatch. But that too is a lie, in another evidence trail of aiming and centering his weapon on the heart.

Nose smashed after. Concrete squirmed ONTO to bonk his own head. Worked out a license to kill scenario with his friends, I think.

Carried properly in condition Alpha, the first round is chambered w/ safety on.
IDK if that's how he was carrying - but that's how I and most LEO do it.
