How does it violate the constitution? The amendment says nothing about private business owners and who they're allowed to deny service as far as I know.

he is referring to the 14th amendment to the constitution OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

the constitution was not abolished and re-written as a corporate charter in 1871, thats just retarded.

it has been slowly and gradually eroded since around 1900 through various amendments,, laws and regulations designed to weaken the states, and rob the states of their power to resit the federal bureacracy.
it's not nearly as dramatic and clumsily amatuerish as the frootloops would have us believe, and it is not nearly so easy to reverse as the specious claims of the "sovereignty movement" nutbars would be IF THEY WERE TRUE (which they aint.)

our constitution has been fucked up by CONGRESS not corporations or foreign (and i assume jewish) bankers.
if the evil (jewish) conspiracy to dominate the world had taken over the US in 1871, why did they need to come back in 1912 to create the federal reserve? why, when they came back in 1912 did they have to engage in secret shenanigans rather then simply do it by fiat?

our constitution has been gradually re-written to create a national secretariat, rather than a republic, and there is no single law which can be repealed to repair the damage. repeating the bullshit claims of looney tunes conspiracy nuts only muddies the issues and creates confusion.

"and then i walked back towards him" is not a minor inconsistency with "and then he jumped out of the bushes and ambushed me!".

the fact is that i posted enough context to establish when he said that he was walking back towards martin.
