Here you are trying to defy microscopic identifying of a buds maturity, you need at least 30x magnification to achieve it.
20 yards away
Any dispensary well inspect the trichomes with a microscope to make sure the trichomes aren't premature.
You cannot do it with your naked eye you need a microscope.

So i guess every dispensary, pot club, and coffee shop and soon to open pot stores in col. and wa. will just take your advice and just accept every bud that they "think" looks right without taking a microscopic examination.
