Get Vegucated

You can sprout rice. It's actually quite healthy and good. If you use a dehydrator, you can turn it into a tortilla type item. It then contains all the same protein.

On a side note, ever since I went vegan, foods all taste way better.

Btw, I'm not raw vegan, but their food still tastes good if prepared properly. Maybe one of these days I'll get a dehydrator.
I really want to get a food processor to make my own raw, organic vegan cheesecake. It seems so simple for something that tastes amazing and would cost a shit load of money at a restaurant or shop. Add crust ingredients. Put crust in a pan. Add filling ingredients. Spread on top of crust. Put in fridge for 4-5 hours.

Apropos of nothing, but I had some lamb tonight. Costco has these awesome lamb shanks in a mushroom sauce. They are fall off the bone, melt in you mouth, delicious. I also like vegetables.

For me, ever since going strictly organic, and then transitioning into strict raw veganism, my skin has cleared up so much. Not in the sense that I had acne or anything, it's just my skin is much more smooth and less red, more white. My hair is way "silkier", shiny, and thicker. It also seems to grow back much faster. I feel fortunate to have learned about the true importance of nutrition and diet at younger age, as many people don't realize the connection until they have some type of disease/condition which forces them into researching how to help cure whatever it is they may have. Some never realize it. I think part of this is because of all the chemicals and toxins that numb the mind, make you more submissive, lazy and unmotivated, calcify the pineal gland, etc.

In my opinion, vegans need to eat a lot of starch to be able to maintain energy levels. I think raw vegan would be very difficult and not optimal from a health standpoint since I believe they cannot eat starch.

I wake up with energy, even after only 4-5 hours of sleep and don't feel sluggish or tired throughout the day. I feel pretty damn energized after eating strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in the morning. Or after mixing camu camu, maqui, mangosteen, and purple corn extract w/ unpasteurized orange juice. Talk about antioxidants...

As all the studies posted in this thread show, a diet which includes meat is healthy.
Avoiding processed meats and foods will make for a much healthier diet.
Avoiding meat altogether may cause you to become presumptuous, snobbish, blind to logic and unable to read and comprehend well.

A persons personal choice does not have to be influenced by you to be correct.

Keep being delusional/close-minded and refusing to face reality. Look, you like to eat meat and have likely been eating it your entire life so you don't want to accept that it's not that healthy. Does it have nutrients? Absolutely, but the trade-off isn't worth it, for health anyways, especially when those nutrients can easily be obtained through other sources. Just like grains are unhealthy because they poke holes in the intestines, which not only harms digestion, but allows food particles to slip into your bloodstream. This can lead to things like leaky gut and IBS.

Never said it caused it but it CAN cause brain changes similar if you don't know when to put the bong down and are always blazed 24/7.
