Buck just seeing the thread for the 1st time for some reason. Hell of a job, loving that purple bud you just pulled down. Keep up the good work.

Hey there, I build custom greenhouses for a living. Then main problem I see here is building that size greenhouse for only 500 to 800 bucks. It always seems cheaper then it really is. most plans don't calculate door hardware, wood stain, nail/screws, vents hardware and the other miscellaneous items. here is a pic of the geodesic dome I'm building now.

huh...funny cuz I work in construction. The only plastic used that I see is vinyl for the siding and window trim. Sure also as insulation on electrical wiring too. apples and oranges there tho.

splain to me what I am missing.

for the record ..... smart guy.......i could run ya out of that greenhouse w a wood stove ...it wouldnt matter if it was oregon or the north pole

for the record, i'll be throwing a blue tarp over the new greenhouse come winter and moving the chicken and duck food in there, along with some nesting boxes and straw bedding.

the birds love hanging out in the greenhouse when winter comes along.
