For Dinner we had Chicken marinated in sambal, ketjup manis, and corriander, with green beans, mushrooms, and pumkpin (from our garden) with basmati rice. I could get a pic but it would just be leftovers that we put into a plastic carry out box, so you would probably think we bought it from somehwere, lol....

however these suckers, I would eat for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and perhaps as a midnight snack too!)
Blueberry muffins with a cinnamon sugared crunch topping.

And I am now down to my last 3 Choco Spaceycup Cakes, infused with a gram and a half of bubble hash...

Peace and happy munchies,

man, those muffins look great. Tomorrow night I think I'm going to be making some banana bread...not because I want to exactly, but because I haven't been in the mood for bananas lately and I'd hate to see these rot and go to waste hah! Tonight I threw together rigatoni pasta with a vodka sauce (store bought). The meatballs there I made at home using quinoa and pork. I don't think I've had quinoa before tonight, and if I did I wasn't aware of it. I guess its gaining some popularity especially as of late, I loved the nutty flavor that it had.

tonight I made chicken piccatta and it was very good. I really like chicken served in a light wine sauce, like chicken marsala or something...this recipe seemed similar and thats why I made it. Only difference was this recipe was chock full of garlic, which I loved. The chicken is over egg noodles and that is some squash next to it

I was up all night drinking beer, smoking cigars and watching movies...this is what I have to show for it.

That started as 17.5 lbs of pork.

FB_IMG_13802590034504765_zpsef325fd4.jpg

After the rub went on, it went in the fridge for 24 hours.

And then at 12:30 the following day (last night) into the smoker at around 225° until it was ready.

And done after 10.5-11 hours.

Bloody hate yam. Stupid stuff. Butternut squash however makes all soup awesome.

Havnt eaten since Friday. Too busy, too stressed. The transition when you get anew head chef SUCKS!
