Don't really care what "bracket" we are forced into. Main point remains the same, why should I be forced to pay for something I don't use. As well the amount of increase is standard throughout all areas not just one level of income and that rate hike is far beyond "standard". Your right the penalty is high on purpose...because they'd rather have you on a monthly fee than a one time opt out....my cellphone provider does the same thing "Cancelation Fees" LOL (that's just good business there, you'll always make more in small amounts over a long period of time than a lump sum...can learn that from the lottery)......Oh and by the way since I over work myself to pay for school rather than take loans I am at 30k alright well that puts me at $700 penalty, nice so its even more than I was thinking....
