wouldnt change the light cycle, especially if you are in flower, leave it 12/12 or something similar. What kind of lights are you using? If you are using CFL's make sure they are below 3000k rating, it is on the box. Pay attention to the actual watts, the equivalent wattage does not matter...

My girl is about 3 weeks from finishing, roughly, its bagseed so no strain info. Anyways, about 4-5days ago i noticed that there was new growth popping up all over the buds, and now the new growth covers almost all the old bud, and she has grown an inch in the last week, nothing has changed that...

They are not using cfl's :P get 2-4 that are 2700k. Shell b fine. The higher ACTUAL wattage(NOT the equiv). The better.

What is the color temp on box? 2700k-6500k

I think it looks fine. Make sure your soil isnt burning it and your waters clean then in about a week or so start using low dose veg nutes. Should be fine. What lights?
