No way... don't wait that long to flip your plants... Plants will double, some even triple, due to the "stretch" when you flip to 12/12... especially healthy kush's.

1-2 weeks you should be able to see the start of the round ball sacks that males have... however I don't pull my males until I'm 100% positive they are male... so you may want to wait an extra week after you think you've seen male flowers, just to be sure

the only thing I can think of... other than having someone you trust take care of them... is to try and water them the morning you leave, then fill the saucers below the planting pots completely to the top with water... As the plants use up the water, your planting medium will soak more water...

you most certainly will NEED an exhaust fan and carbon filter, if you don't want the smell to escape. When you flip them to flower and they really start to bud, they will stink, bad. you also would benefit from a small clip-on circulation fan inside your tent. This will keep air moving around...

It looks like the tips of your leafs are curling downwards... that could be an indicator of too much light/heat. Are you noticing any burnt leaf tips? Otherwise, things look pretty good.

Seems to me, IMO, that you should be using just as much BLOOM as you do GROW, if not more... I'm not sure what your ppm's will be, but when I was doing hydro, in flower I would usually have ppm's around 1100-1200, pH 5.8-6.2

if you're doing hydro... empty the res and give them 2-3 days of dry-ness if you're doing soil/soil-less medium... I stop my waterings about 3 days before I chop you want the plant(s) to use up the excess moisture that they've stored in their stem and fan leaves... but you don't wanna wait so...
