This is an old thread but I just harvested Female Seed's C99 a few days ago after 52 days. I caught a few patches of botrytis in 2 main colas and didn't want to risk it but they were covered in trichomes, dense, full and sweet smelling at 50 days. I couldnt see them getting much more "done"...

C99 finishes in about 50 days (from 12/12 flip). It is a phenomenal strain in all aspects as well.

You want to keep the light at a height that maximizes its foot print. Closer is not always better. I keep my air cooled 600w about 18" from the tops.

Are you running the bulb vertical like that? If so, I would reconsider your placement. The plants would do much better in arranged in a circular pattern around the lamp. Those plants in the back are not going to produce well. The lamp would be better hung from the ceiling with a fan blowing...

Does your room have a dedicated circut? How many amps can it handle? How many amps will you be pulling when your equipment is running along with anything else in the room? Thats a lot of space for a single plant. How long are you planning on letting it grow out before flowering?

Yes. 21 12-18" plants in a 3x3 tent is way too many. I wouldnt put more than 9 in there at that size.
