    Cloning with feminized seeds.

I would think since the clone is literally part of the mother plant that happened to be physically separated and grow roots of its own, it would have the exact same chance of herming as the mother plant it was cut from...

    Making soil for containers

Nice looking plants there! Very healthy shade of green... Personally I prefer a more stripped-down approach - I just go with one or two dry blends, short veg time, water-only. Lately it's been Tomato Tone for flower and recycled soil for veg and clones. I'd say you can reuse any amount of...

Help Soil prep for next year?

First step I'd say would be to cut the grass as short as possible, but leave the clippings on the ground. Then cover the area with a few layers of cardboard to kill the grass. Then cover that with 6-8" of compost and/or topsoil, followed by a deep layer of dead leaves for mulch. By spring it...

    Gnats! Wanna sterilize soil

Hard to tell on a sticky card, the ones I can discern on there definitely have long bodies like gnats tho

    Gnats! Wanna sterilize soil

I've never seen/heard of gnats doing anything that serious. You might wanna check to make sure they're not root aphids, the mature flying ones look very similar to fungus gnats One way to tell them apart is by their wings - gnats hold their wings horizontal when at rest, winged aphids hold...

    Gnats! Wanna sterilize soil

I can't believe fungus gnats would cause that much damage, you sure they're not root aphids?

    SIP thread -- (Sub-Irrigated Planter)

For your first time, I'd go with a slightly stronger soil mix that could be run water-only for whatever plant/container size you choose. Something like equal parts peat, perlite, and compost, plus 2-3 cups of dry ferts per cubic foot. That's what the commercial brands like Earthbox and Growbox...

    Happened overnight- Help!

Agree with above, it's definitely not too late to transplant into the ground, or at least a much larger pot. With that kind of plant size to pot size ratio, the margin of error is very very slim when it comes to watering and fertilizing...

    Watering question for flowering girl….

I would not hesitate to drill more/larger holes on the bottom and an inch or so up the sides. Even with the plant still in there when you do it, it'll be fine. With organics, constant and even soil moisture is better than allowing it to dry back. When it dries out all the way the soil can get...

    Watering question for flowering girl….

Are you using plastic pots? Maybe add more drainage holes around the bottom so it dries more evenly?

    Decarb CBD

CBD also needs to be decarboxylated to activate it. According to this graph it actually needs higher heat to decarb than THC, so you can't activate the CBD without also activating the THC... If you want to make CBD edibles, use high-CBD bud, not bud with THC...

New here. This is my golden tiger grow

Just FYI, there's an entire forum on icmag devoted to Ace strains, and a 100+ page thread for Golden Tiger... Dubi even participates in most of the threads

New here. This is my golden tiger grow

I thought it was for the quality content...it may get less traffic than Reddit, but the content is quality. Nice plants btw!

Can I assembly line nutrient dilution?

Don't forget the pH down! Srsly though, that's a lot. You can probably get by with only the micro, grow, and bloom, and make a stock solution of several gallons that should keep for a few days to a week. I understand how new growers end up using a zillion different nutrients and additives. But...

    Pruning questions

Yeah, I think of it like at low RH/high VPD they transpire more water, but don't need more nutrients, so you end up having to feed at a lower concentration to avoid nutrient burn/lockout

    Pruning questions

I generally remove the suckers with spindly stems but leave as many fan leaves as possible. This can be done at any time, but the sooner you do it the less time and energy the plant will have put into growing those suckers. Great looking plants OP!
