I think most of the forum myths are actually in favor of RO or distilled water for hydroponic and thats just not the case at all. I was along the same route (pretty little write up you posted together) and more experienced seasoned growers turned me away from it and set my focus in other areas...

I would add the Potash +, and the silica too. Even Pro- Tekt from Dyna Gro or Silica Blast from Botanicare can substitute the silica. I liked what I saw in the analysis for the grow but not the bloom. The silica should help keep your ph stable too and plants more resistant. Stay below 800...

a lot of growers use RO or distilled when it is unnecessary. Unless your water smells like sulfur you should be fine using tap. There is iron cal and mag in there as well as small amounts of chlorine and sulfur that your plants will use. Do you know the n-p-k values of your DM nutes?
