Need Information on Cal/Mag Deficiencies When Using Led Lights

With pleasure amigo - happy to pass on what I have learned. Watering automation has definitely changed my routine massively and set me free from the chains of daily hand watering. Cheers

Different folks will give different answers... but something between 5-30mins at lights out is what most people are getting early flower results with.

I have always been interested in the idea of blending light, and I have never said it was a bullshit marketing tactic. Let's just leave it there eh. Changing the subject - Did u guys see @Growmau5 made some dope little far red boards to sell? I don't think he's mentioned it on his channel, but...

Gosh don't start that again - people weren't ignoring it at all, they were just trying to ignore your incessant shilling of a particular product. You've come so far, let's not go back there eh!

It's possible that this increased "stretch" is in fact just increased photosynthesis.

Hmmm... this is one of those situations where a little work upfront will save you a lot of work down the road... but I guess you gotta have the time to do that work upfront to begin with.

I would just run them for 15mins at lights out, but the jury is still out on whether there's much benefit running them through the day. Some report extra stretching but I am not sure.

Hey Cobby G Zero runoff here and I never flush - I use dripclean to minimise salt buildup, and I never had an issue, which led me to surmise several things... A) Plants do not in fact need a wet/dry cycle as regurgitated by every man and his dog in this industry, B) Salt buildup is only an...

Ok so it doesn't matter if you put the carrot in and then water, or water and then put the carrot in... as long as there is no delay. The important thing here is not to let the carrot dry out at all. Secondly I would advise adjusting to 1.5 arrows as you have read, rather than the 2 arrows in...

    cheap chinese COB - 2017

I think it's super interesting to see how well our "quality" COBs do against the cheaper offerings. Good on ya

Need Information on Cal/Mag Deficiencies When Using Led Lights

After you have set them and let them settle for a week or so, I like to go through and lift them all and roughly check for weight and moisture levels. I use fabric pots, so I find at optimum dialage - the fabric pots feel fairly heavy and just slightly wet to the touch on the bottom and the...

If u can raise them a bit it has the same effect - the point is you're just trying to lower the light intensity a little.

Honestly I've never grown in Coco (massively ironic considering I live in a Coco producing country - don't get me started) but I'm pretty certain it's the same drill as usual with your dirt. Happy Sunday fam.

If you dim your LEDs and use a surfactant in your foliar spray you can water with the lights on.

Ideally if you're not running CO2 you want to have at least some small amount of air removal so that you can replenish the CO2 in your grow room. At a push it can be done in a closed space, but if you can use a 4" PC fan it would be much better. I use one for my 2x3' tent and it works great. Use...

Yeah I reckon it does! I've got a 4x8 that I've only run once... at a friend's place. Got a bit antsy and didn't really fill it well before flowering. I think I'm gonna run it again in my new place after I move next weekend. Fingers crossed
