yeah was not looking to try the stuff around the edges, more curious as to what it could be. Would I be better served using another filtering method, like actual lab filter paper or even a really fine ss mesh, or is this just standard winterization goop and par for the course?

With my micro runs, (< 8 grams) I take the filter from the previous batch, ball it up, and use it as a buffer between the nozzle and product in this run. Rinse and repeat.

8g in the tube? I get 13-14 into my full size baster and 6 or so into my chopped down version regularly. I cant really be packing that much tighter than I should can i?
