I would pick the fan off the floor. Hot air rises cold air stays on the floor so your exhausting your cold air x.x lol Your plants look happy bro why you need any help? Always experiment. What works for some people might not work for you.

Try to find a place to put your setup with more airflow.

Its just some heat issue. Find a way to rig the lights where the plant is happy. The fan might help with temps but in a box its kind of hard lol

Umm How often do you change the water in the tray? I would remove the seed mats. I used to have the same problem and it was because it would get hot and the water at the bottom would be hot and stagnant . Thats mold buddy.
