You will need more lights. You might be able to grow a decent one under four if you have it on 12 hours the whole time but not two. Can you get more light? Don't worry about pruning. The only cutting you should do is to top it or fim it. It looks like you already topped the big one.

To find out the sex you have to give it 12 hours of darkness each night unless it is an auto. The darkness will trigger it to start flowering, then you can see if it has male or female flowers. They look good, do you know if they are auto? How mamy hoirs of light does it get each day?
