I don't know what your ultimate goal is but from a guy on his third run, just get the seeds in the soil. Background reading etc is important but the only real way to learn is to experience. Practice.

Nitrogen is needed during the stretch so a good tip is to use your veg nutes 2-3 weeks into flower. After the stretch it's ok to use your bloom nutes.

I had this exact same thing. Cal/mg issue due to ph lockout. Feeds were ph balanced but waterings were at ph of 8. Tap water, no meter,my bad.
