Put your hand near the bulbs and test the heat coming off it...if your hand isn't getting hot, then I'd move those cfls closer...also that's a gigantic pot for a baby IMO so you may see some lag time in growth...take it easy with the fan at this young age also...g/l

Start rooting around in the worst (brownest) one and look for a worm...if it's bud worms you're f'd at this point...they are not hard to find...they're usually at the middle of the bud near the stem...I suspect it is if the advancement in discoloration is worse by the day...been there done...
