3ft above for an LED seems quite high. Normally they are recommended to be within at least 2ft of the plant. 3ft is what you would normally do for a DE HPS. This has probably caused the stretch but with some LST you should get things back under control

What trimmer is that? Do you find an automatic trimmer damages the buds? I've never used one and every time I start to lean that way I get persuaded not to by those telling me the final product doesn't come out as well as hand trimmed buds

Some plants trichomes don't go amber they just become cloudy so it's what I like to look for. When you see the vast majority are cloudy you can start to look to harvest, For reveg 18/6 should be fine

You could always look into building your own, there's extensive information on here on the subject and you can build the frame to best suit your grow area plus it will save you some bucks. As for the light rail they work well for HID fixtures but I don't think I've ever seen it with an LED

The even temperature in the tent tells you the air circulation is fine but the high temps mean you're not venting enough of the heat. Can you install an exhaust fan near the top of the tent? That will draw heat out and pull cool air in.

I would look to tie the three major branches outwards towards the sides of the tent and you should get great growth from all the sites along the branches which should really help out your yield and will help extend the canopy into all that empty space you have horizontally.

They don't look all that deficient to me. The smell might just develop later, many landrace genetics take a lot longer to flower then others. That's why I asked about the trichomes to try and find out how long along the development cycle they are.
