Is this a hermi r start of an odd bud?

So I work at a greenhouse we start from seed and plug and I got this marigold it hasnt flowered yet its about 3 times the size of a standard marigold. I just hit it with some tiger bloom, it almost looks like 3 of then together.

No ideas? Noone.

Im going to try and get more ligts to. I just screwed those ones om there and then i can pull the pvc theyre on up and down.
